Every piece of Ioana Enache Jewelry is designed by the artist herself. She creates unique custom and limited series of jewelry meant to bring beauty, joy and delight to your senses. From the vision of the first line to the finishing process, each piece is crafted by the artist and close partners. All the jewelry pieces are handcrafted in precious metals with natural precious and semiprecious stones, as well as cultured pearls.

Shortly after we receive your details, we will contact you to review a preliminary proposal and a sketch. We will let you know if additional information is needed in order to perfectly complete your design.
If you agree with our proposal, we will start detailing your jewelry. We can make up to two modifications during the design process in order to guarantee your satisfaction with the final piece.
A firm order means agreeing with our Terms and Condition, our Delivery and Return Policy, and paying an advance of 30% for sterling silver jewelry and 50% for gold jewelry of the total amount.
The rest of the amount will be paid before the shipping.
Shipping is free of charge. Your special gift-wrapped Ioana Enache Jewelry will be sent with Fan Courier in Romania and with DHL in the rest of the countries. We currently deliver within the EU and Switzerland.
